Breaking Ground on NEW Student Housing Project

Last Thursday, we celebrated a monumental phase on the Bluford Street Student Housing Project. 

Samet is very excited to begin work on the new Bluford Student Residence Hall at NC A&T University! This is Samet’s first project as primary contractor at the university. The new project will be a 4-story, 400+ bed facility including 1, 2 & 4-bedroom suites with kitchenettes and bathrooms. Additional features include gaming rooms, multi-purpose spaces, offices, vending and laundry. CATE Services is working on this project with Samet as a Mentor Protégé.
