We are thrilled to provide an update for you all on this fantastic project we have here on the NC A&T campus.
At the moment, we are embarking on our very first, ground-up project with NC A&T! Our incredible team is poised to make significant progress and persevere through any obstacles that may come our way.
Furthermore, we are delighted to have Cate Services as our partners on this project. Both their representatives have already demonstrated tremendous potential and an unwavering drive to succeed. Together, we are confident in our ability to accomplish this project and many more to come.

Concrete Foundations at West Building Completed
Elevator 2 Pit Completed
Masonry Shafts at West Building Commenced (Stair 3 & Elevator 2 Pit)
Challenges
Due to unusable soil- Over 2500 cubic yards of soil was cleared out of the respective area and replaced with usable soil
Work Completed
Erosion Control, Grading, Site Utilities, Paving, Curb & Gutter (Triangle Grading & Paving) – 35% Complete
Concrete Foundations, Walls, and Slabs (Skyrock) – 15% Complete
Masonry (Gates) – 5% Complete
Plumbing (Pendergrass) – 4%
Electrical (All-Phase Power) – <1%
Mechanical (Associated Heating & Air) – <1%
